KorumLegal is excited to share that we have two new hires joining our HQ team. Natasha Norton joins as General Manager – Growth & North Asia and Janice Leung joins as Consultant Solutions Manager, as we expand our capabilities in Asia Pacific (APAC) and beyond.

Natasha, a visionary leader, joins the HQ team in Hong Kong after some time at MTR Corporation as their Head of Strategic Projects – Global Innovation, and prior to that as the CEO of an Australian advisory business. Natasha’s focus will be on leading our North Asia business, continuing to build on our cohesive sales and marketing strategy as well as developing a B2B lead generation engine to accelerate our growth. Outside of KorumLegal, Natasha is involved with the Women’s Foundation as a mentor. She also volunteers her time to advocating for women in sport and most recently as a member of the Gay Games Hong Kong 2022 team. Outside of work, Natasha loves sport and food.

On joining the team Natasha shares: ‘Working in businesses seeking to scale is in my DNA, so when the opportunity with KorumLegal eventuated I couldn’t have been happier. Already a recognised and respected brand in APAC and a growing presence in EMEA, I look forward to being part of an engaged and energetic team that is leading the way and continuing to shake-up and accelerate innovation in legal solutions.’

Janice joins us in the Hong Kong office in a newly created role of Consultant Solutions Manager. Having previously worked in talent acquisition roles at Citi, Refinitiv, Barclays as well as other global investment banks, she is looking forward to the new challenge and exciting world of legal solutions. Janice’s focus will be to grow, strengthen and nurture our legal consultant community throughout APAC, EMEA and globally. Outside of KorumLegal, Janice loves tasting and collecting scotch whiskies, enjoys volunteering and tutoring young kids.

KorumLegal’s passion and dedication to drive changes in the legal industry and to empower legal consultants really inspires me and I look forward to growing and developing our consultant community. I am excited to be part of our passionate and dynamic team to bring growth not only to KorumLegal but also to the wider NewLaw community.’
